- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
For the Yogurt Sauce
- 3 cups plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (to stabilize yogurt)
- 1 egg yolk (optional, for richness)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Salt, to taste
For Cooking
- 1 tbsp butter or ghee
- Fresh coriander or mint (optional garnish)

Directions
1Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, oil, and water until smooth. Let it rest for 20–30 minutes.
2Cook the filling by sautéing onions in olive oil, then adding ground meat and spices. Cook until fully browned and set aside.
3Roll out the dough thinly and cut into small circles.
